Some new sketches

Stu Stu Studio

I've been moved in to the new studio space for about six weeks now, and it's finally looking cozy and used. Yay!  I share it with the lovely Lola of the creative and crafty duo behind DolaMakes.  A few pics of the new digs: 

New Space! Both physical and virtual. Yes.

Just a general announcement that after a few weeks of grueling computer work, which I am none too fond of, the new website was uploaded this morning.  Yippee!  Not necessarily to show new work, (although there is a tiny bit) it's mostly for a fresher look, an easier update in the future, and it now includes a price list for available work.  On that same note, although a bit belated, I moved into a new, much larger studio last month! Yippee! Although I am still preparing small work for the upcoming Teeny Tiny III, the studio has allowed me to get back to my much loved oil paints that I have neglected for so long.  Yay ventilation! The new body of work in process is the largest I have ever worked with oils, and I'm very excited about it.  I'll post some pics of the new space soon. 

Little Muses

"Little Muses" opens at Three Graces Gallery on 103 Market Street in Portsmouth, NH on Friday the 13th.  The show includes work by me, Nicole Maloof and Taylor Haynes, and focuses on the female subject in an illustrative and tongue-in-cheek sort of light.  For a sneak preview of works from the exhibition click HERE!
